1 General

These Terms & Conditions Glory (glory.wine) and all of its users. Glory An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and multiple other countries.

By using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Glory We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of any changes.

These terms and conditions were prepared in Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation in another language, the Bangla version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

GloryTo open an account with glory, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with others Glory No liability will be accepted.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for verification.

Glory We reserve the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration is free and carries no obligations.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

GloryYou must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Use of our platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Glory Documents may be requested at any time for age and identity verification. Failure to submit documents, or submission of inconsistent documents, may result in temporary account suspension.

• A National ID (NID) or passport will be accepted as valid proof of identity.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Any documents submitted will be kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

GloryTo deposit at glory, you must use an approved payment method such as Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact customer support.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Suspicious or Unusual Transactions Glory Reserves the right to investigate.
• We work with the relevant authorities to prevent money laundering.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Glory To withdraw funds from glory, your account must be fully verified and the KYC process must be completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification can take between 24 to 72 hours to complete.
• The required rollover must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Betting Rules

GloryThe following rules must be followed when betting on. Violations may result in bet cancellation and the right to suspend accounts Gloryhas.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where certain cashout options apply.
• In the event of a technical error in odds calculation Glory reserves the right to void or amend that bet.
• Any evidence of match fixing or other fraudulent betting activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Due to delays in live betting, some bets may not be accepted.

• In the event of a draw or unresolved outcome, the bet will be refunded unless the bet terms state otherwise.

Official result providers are used to determine betting outcomes. In the case of any disputed result GloryDecision is final.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

GloryAll bonus and promotion offers from are provided under specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and is limited to one per household, device, or IP address.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Glory We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Proven to be a minor.
• Court order or legal obligation.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits.

10 Dispute Resolution

• If you are not satisfied with a customer support decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.
• In disputes over betting results, the data from the official results provider is final.
• If all attempts to resolve a dispute fail, the matter will be settled through international arbitration.

11 Security & Data Protection

Glory Industry-standard security measures are used to protect users' personal information and financial data. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
